Our Story
Dave and Kristen have been partners since 2010. They truly enjoy helping their clients find and/or sell their real estate. They are very resourceful and are able to get creative with their transactions, especially on the financial side.

Dave Drahn
Broker
Dave is a Denver native and graduate of CU Boulder. Dave has been in the real estate business for over 40 years. He’s experienced all rolls including managing broker, owner, lender, broker, etc. Dave has a wife and 2 children. When not in the office, Dave enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.
Kristen Anilionis
Broker
Kristen is a Denver native and graduate of DU with a Bachelor's in Real Estate and Construction Management. She has been a Real Estate Broker since 2010. Kristen is daughter to a developer and mortgage underwriter...it's in her blood! Kristen has a husband and 3 children. When not focused on making deals, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family is the mountains.
