By clicking “Submit” you agree to the following Referral Agreement:
In the event Receiving Broker/Agent receives a commission or other payment for services rendered in connection with a real estate transaction consummated involving the Referred Client within 365 days of the date this Referral Contract is submitted to Coldwell Banker Commercial, NRT, Referring Broker/Agent will be entitled to a referral fee of 25% of the referred transaction, and Receiving Broker/Agent agrees to pay said referral fee. Said referral fee will be disbursed at Closing in accordance to your Company’s CDA (Commission Disbursement Agreement) via the Title Company.
This contract will expire 365 days after your submission date. If both parties want to cooperate after the expiration date, they will have to execute a new referral contract.
